The amazing Nick Higgins, Co-Founder of @hotpodyoga and Ollie Templeton, owner of @carousel_ldn are taking over our Instagram live tomorrow from 8am for an online yoga class and cooking masterclass - on the menu is Rice Kongee, Soft Boiled Egg, Ginger and Spring Onion. We’re one of the few initiatives still able to deliver meals to frontline workers and the need does remain. Help to keep us and them going by joining the classes at 8am and 9am and making a donation.
