Our Operations

Cooking

The Chefs that will be preparing meals for the NHS will follow all necessary and government-recommended precautions when preparing meals including frequent hand washing and hand-sanitising, cleaning all surfaces regularly as well as the individually wrapped packaging before delivery. Social distancing within kitchens will be retained which is why we are choosing bigger kitchens and as best we can limiting it to just two chefs per kitchen.
